Careerforce has three main roles:
- Designing qualifications: we design national qualifications that provide learning opportunities and career pathways for employees in our sectors.
- Supporting training: we provide employers with tools and resources to help them train their own staff.
- Providing leadership: we work with the sector to identify and implement strategies that help develop our workforce
