About

We support those impacted by brain injury in Canterbury and the surrounding regions. We are the only providers like this in the South Island and one of only three across New Zealand.

Our services

We provide a full continuum of integrated services when and where they are needed. Our team is made up of 220 specialised staff, our interdisciplinary team includes speech language therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists, dietitians and social workers who work together to provide an integrated approach to rehabilitation and recovery.

Community rehabilitation

Our community rehabilitation team provide a range of services in our clients’ own homes and communities. These involve both physical and psychological areas of rehabilitation, and are mainly funded through ACC, insurance agencies or private agreements.

Also certified against the NZS 8171:2005, Allied health services sector Standard.

Holds current Certification to:

NZS 8158: The Home and Community Support Sector Standard.
