Our Manaaki Ki Te Kāinga – Oranga Tautiaki team supports the individuals in our care, ensuring their mana is upheld and their independence is sustained. Our team members are trained to provide whānau-centered, kaupapa-led in-home support, with care packages specifically designed to meet the unique needs of each individual in Wairoa, Napier, Hastings, Waimarama, and throughout Central Hawke’s Bay. We serve a diverse range of clients, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and both long-term and short-term ACC cases. Our services are available to clients of all ages, referred by a GP.

Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is a Kaupapa Māori organisation that offers tautoko and awhi to whānau to support them to achieve Mana Motuhake over their wellbeing.

We live and breathe our values and this is displayed in the care that we offer whānau.

Kotahitanga – Unity of purpose and direction. We work together linking whānau with supports within the organisation and externally to enhance whānau potential.

Whanaungatanga – By fostering and forming positive relationships and connections we affirm the value of the wider collective.

Kaitiakitanga – We enable whānau to fulfil their obligations as caretakers of their resources and taonga. We exhibit custodianship and are stewards of our resources to advance the Kaupapa.

Whakamana – We actively forge kinship bonds and connections, always recognising, respecting and upholding the mana of whānau that we work alongside.
