Access Community Health Ltd has been trusted for generations to provide support and nursing services in homes and communities throughout Aotearoa. We walk alongside people of all ages and at all stages of their life journey, in a way that works best for them.

Today we work with Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Manatū Hauora - Ministry of Health, MSD - Disability Support and ACC among others. Our team of mobile nurses and support workers visit more than 36,000 people, wherever they are, to deliver services that include:

• Home support and care – household assistance and personal care

• Nursing and clinical services - wound care, physiotherapy, rehab, palliative care

• Accident and injury support including spinal cord injury and impairment

• Rehabilitation

• Disability support including support via Individualised Funding

• Private services

Contract Services

Ministry of Health & Te Whatu Ora home based support services. ACC Community (home based) nursing services and home based rehabilitation services (National provider). Te Whatu Ora home based acute or transitional care services. 

 

Private Services

 All home-based domestic assistance, personal support , rehabilitation and nursing services.

 

Holds current Certification to: Ngā Paerewa Health & Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021
