Presbyterian Support Northern

Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) is one of seven Presbyterian Support organisations that collectively are one of the largest social services providers in New Zealand outside of the Government.  PSN, established 125 years ago to assist people in need in the community, prides itself to be a leading community organisation that provides a wide range of services in the Upper North Island.

PSN Services:

Family Works Northern: Provides counselling and social work, along with educational and/or therapeutic group programmes to children up to 17 and their families.

Enliven Postive Ageing Services: Offers an ageing in place programme providing older people with home based support tailored to the client to keep them independent and in control of their own destination.

Coactive Collaborative Disability Services: Provides individually-tailored home and community-based support to disabled people living in Central or South Auckland.

Budgeting Services: Aims to help people evaluate their financial position, plan for the future and move from an indebted situation to financial independence whenever possible.

Contract Services
Restorative Home Support for Older People. Post Discharge Restorative Home Support for Older People. Collaborative Home and Community Support for Disabled People.
Private Services
Available for older clients and disabled clients by negotiation

Holds current Certification to: Ngā Paerewa Health & Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021
